Anyone can share or write articles on Underground Network in the "User Posts" category, and as a result, the views and opinions expressed in these posts belong to the author only and not Underground Network. Heck, they may even contradict other authors on the site as well! That's democracy in action!

I’m curious what folks think about this. The idea that travel is becoming cheaper, that kids can go to school, that we have newspapers, etc. seems without depth. Yeah, sure, we have those things. But are they more or less effective now? And, um, so does the that part where the author suggests we can vote in some easy and free way. Ask Brooklyn and Arizona residents about that. Ask The Rhode Island folks who’ll tomorrow have 60 fewer polling places.

I also question the author’s perspective on poverty.
