Former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin unloaded Friday on conservatives who refuse to support presumptive GOP presidential nominee Donald Trump, dubbing them “Republicans Against Trump, or RAT for short.”
I’m not particularly surprised that conservative voters are not willing to back a candidate who, on a lot of issues, is not conservative. Republicans need to choose whether they prefer to win the election through trump and sacrifice higher ideals, or if they want to take the high road and lose because of it.
