A federal judge struck down Mississippi’s controversial “religious freedom” law late Thursday, hours before it was slated to take effect.

Individuals should have the freedom to run their businesses however they like. I would personally condemn anyone who refused to provide service to someone based on their sexuality, but I would not have them be penalized for exercising their rights.
