Californians will vote this fall on a non-binding advisory ballot measure that asks whether the U.S. Supreme Court should overturn its “Citizens United” campaign finance ruling.

Even though the vote is non-binding, it will allow voters from the nation’s most populous state to send a message to Washington that unlimited money in politics is not a good thing.
