It is time for a Marshall Plan to address the problem.

The Marshall Plan was when the United States GAVE Europe the equivalent of $180 Billion in today’s dollars to help the countries recover from WWII. And it works beautifully! We’re not talking about loans either, only about a tenth was in loans, the rest was aid.

The United States knew at the time that the money would make those economies recover and would eventually find its way back to America in the form of purchased goods and services and in the form of a much better, happier world, period.
