On Wednesday, WSVN aired a cell phone video reportedly taken moments before caregiver Charles Kinsey was shot by North Miami police. In it, Kinsey, who survived, can be seen lying on the ground with his hands raised, explaining that him and the autistic man he was assisting are unarmed.

The man shot was a therapist tending to his autistic patient. Watch the video, you won’t believe what happens.

These type of actions are not helping the police in any way whatsoever.

  1. Anyone who is denying that there is a problem with our law enforcement cannot continue their arguement after seeing this video. The most shocking thing is after the victim asks “Why did you shoot me?” the officer replies, “I don’t know”.

We need to bring education and behavioral training to our police. Clearly shown in the video, some don’t even know what they are doing.

Thankful this man was not killed and thankful for the group waiting outside to talk and ask questions not to riot and protest.
