Rep. Gwen Moore sees tax deductions as similar to welfare, therefore they should be subject to the same trials and tribulations.

Personally, I find this to be ridiculous. If the congresswoman is concerned that drug testing welfare recipients is a waste of money (which, in my opinion, it is) then the answer should not be to spend more money on drug testing for the rich. This is the kind of partisanship in Washington that prevents progress from taking place.
