What the article is pointing out is that we should not be prosecuting teenagers for sexting other teenagers, as you are creating a double-standard, and one that ends up destroying the lives of these teenagers forever.

Yeah, good plan. If what I did as a teenager followed me into adulthood, well, let’s just say I wouldn’t be putting that on my resume. They’re kids in the age of technology!
