That’s the upshot of the “Slants” case (which will also protect the Redskins trademark) — and it applies to exclusion of speakers from universities, denial of tax exemptions to nonprofits, and much more.

This is significant because who defines what’s hate speech? It’s a slippery slope which means you have to take the bad otherwise we could lose free speech altogether.
