Comcast cable network spending dropped 3 percent to $7.7 billion in 2018.

The whole reason why the cable companies wanted the FCC to overturn Net Neutrality was that they said WITH net neutrality they wouldn’t be investing in upgrading their infrastructure. Turns out, after overturning Net Neutrality, they ended up investing less in upgrades anyway. AT&T did the same thing.

The lesson to be learned here? Don’t listen to corporations.
