A South Carolina town passed an ordinance on Tuesday banning saggy pants that “intentionally” display undergarments, according to local reports.

A local government wants you to pull your pants up and they can fine you $600 dollars if you don’t obey.  Clearly this ordinance is unconstitutional but no one addresses the legislation of saggy pants better than President Obama himself when he told MTV in 2008,

“Any public official who is worrying about sagging pants probably needs to spend some time focusing on real problems out there…

Having said that, brothers should pull up their pants,” he added.
