By comparison they accounted for around 2.6% in the U.S.

The Norwegian Gov’t had played a big role in all this:

For Norway’s EV drivers, there is no car registration fee, free public parking, free public charging, free ferry trips, and no tolls on roads, bridges, or tunnels.

Yeah, living in “socialist” Norway must really suck.
