A federal judge in Tucson, Arizona, approved the release of some photos and documents filed as evidence in a class action lawsuit against US Customs and Border Protection over allegedly deplorable conditions in eight detention facilities.

I find it ridiculous that the government believes that it can treat men, women, and children with such utter disrespect. The judge made the right call by demanding that the photos be released so that more awareness can be raised about this issue. No, I do not think that it is right for people to come to this country illegal, but that does not mean we should treat them like animals!
