Police paint a grim picture of the lead-up to and aftermath of the June 23 “Brexit” vote, citing a 42% increase in hate crimes reported in Britain in the last two weeks of June over the same time period last year.

Brexit seems to have really been about immigration, and that is fine. If the citizens of a country believe that foreigners should not be able to come in that easily, then that is their prerogative. However, that gives no one the right to abuse others because of where they come from or what group they identify with.
