There is a real threat from directed energy weapons and covert nanotechnology at the moment. A lot of electronic harassment and gang stalking is happening out there. We came across a letter from one of the victims of harassment and decided to make a video from it to help raise awareness of what is happening and warn those who are in the position to do something, but choose not to, that there will be consequences.
