This is the second lawsuit filed against the administration over the directive, now including a total of 21 states that allege federal overreach.
A lot of students across the country would feel uncomfortable knowing that someone of the opposite sex is allowed to be in their bathrooms; these students are not bigots. We cannot place the wants of an insignificant minority over the rights of everyone else.
