Pentagon Papers lawyer and other legal advocates voice fears about Justice Department’s seizing a reporter’s email and phone records.

This is scary as the government is looking at email and phone records without journalists even knowing that they are being looked at. This is why privacy is so important and the NSA surveillance is an issue that’s only going to get worse if nothing is done about it.
