What’s going on in Poland shows how bad the EU is itself. Poland voted for the far right party because it promised to keep the country out of the EURO, which it will, but the consequences are horrendous.

If only countries in the Eurozone had more moderate or progressive parties also stand up to the EU, we wouldn’t see this happening. Instead, the progressive parties tend to capitulate to the EU once elected. Syriza in Greece, for example, which is why you’ll continue to see more far-right parties elected until the left grows some balls.
