Realize folks that this all occurred WITHOUT the new net-neutrality rules, meaning that the telcos weren’t investing in infrastructure away, because they truly don’t give a rat’s butt about us!
So don’t believe their hype that net-neutrality will make things worse, you can’t get much worse than things currently are.
