The radio host had been facing charges over her reporting on demonstrations against the 1,170-mile pipeline in North Dakota in September, her lawyer said.
Thankfully the judge threw this out, but unfortunately, the State of Dakota is keeping the case open to see if there are other charges they can levy against her, as reporter who was doing her job.
Seems like the state is more interested in protecting the rights of corporations than the rights of journalists to do their jobs.
