Jill Stein says she will step aside to allow Bernie Sanders to run as a Green Party candidate. This is not necessarily news. Stein has mentioned many times in many interviews she would be willing to collaborate with Sanders, but this is the first time she has said she would allow him to take over the Green Party ticket. In this very unconventional election year, every rule in the playbook has been thrown out so I wouldn’t write this idea off just yet.
