Electoral authorities on Monday certified that opponents of Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro had gathered enough signatures to permit them to conduct a second petition drive aimed at removing the socialist leader from office.

Considering how corrupt the Venezuelan government is, I have serious doubts that the people of the country will actually be able to achieve a recall vote. Hopefully, all goes well and Maduro is taken out of power, so that the awful experiment that started there in 1999 can finally be ended.
