Atty. Gen. Rob Bonta claims Exxon Mobil and other corporations have perpetuated the ‘myth’ that recycling will solve the plastics crisis.

Rather than limit plastic production, the oil industry lobbied for recycling of plastic which resulted in even more plastic production.
