Cook said that the company will “break new ground” in generative AI in 2024. “We believe it will unlock transformative opportunities for our users,” said Cook.

They have billions of users of their phones, they’ve had Siri forever – Apple should be leading the way in AI – and they have all the tools to do so. But up to now it’s been crickets!

It’s good that they are finally transitioning their Apple Car team to AI.  We may start to see significant things coming from Apple in the AI space. It’s about time!
