There is a perfectly legal and viable solution to all this: Pack the Supreme Court. Pack it as soon as possible.

Progressive policies will never happen unless the Democrats pack the Supreme Court once back in power. It’s been done in the past, and FDR even threatened to do so when the Supreme Court was about to shut down his New Deal. It’s the only light at the end of the tunnel for progressives if Kavanaugh is put through.
