Supreme Court rules on workers’ rights and forced arbitration.

More worker’s rights get taken away by the conservative Supreme Court in another 5-4 decision. This ruling states that workers cannot band together to sue a company that violates federal law, they can be forced to sign an agreement where they have to go to arbitration that is set up by the industry itself.
